"Custom hoodie turned out just right"
I was a little nervous about placing a custom order, but everything came out exactly as I requested. The names were spelled correctly and the colors matched what I picked, so I felt like they really paid attention to the details. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"I ordered this because the mockup looked decent..."
I ordered this because the mockup looked decent, but when it showed up the logo was really fuzzy and the edges looked messy. The colors were a little off too, not really like what I sent in, almost like the file got stretched or saved wrong somehow.

I get that small differences can happen, but this just looked kinda cheap and not like something I’d want to use for my team. Dissapointed overall, and I probably wouldn’t order custom artwork stuff from here again.

"Sizing was a joke"
I ordered my usual size from madhouseteamstore.com the fit was ridiculous. The shirt was tight in the shoulders but then weirdly long at the bottom, like they just guessed when making it. The size chart wasn’t much help either, which is kind of useless if the sizing is this far off. The quality was fine, I guess, but I wouldn’t bother ordering clothes from here again unless they figure out basic sizing.

"The shirt got here on time..."
The shirt got here on time, so no issues with shipping. But the print just wasn’t good. The colors looked faded and kind of blurry, and it looked nothing like the preview. After one wash, it already looked even worse, which is what always seems to happen with these kinds of printed shirts. The shirt itself is fine, but the printing was a letdown

I had a question about my account and kept putting it off because I was busy and figured it would turn into a whole thing. But I finally messaged support, and they got back to me quickly. The package showed up quicker than I thought it would, even though it ended up being about a day later than the original estimate. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough for me to know what was going on. Based on this most recent order, I’d be happy to shop there again.

"Solid updates from start to finish"
I ordered from madhouseteamstore.com, the best part was the communication. They emailed me when the order was confirmed, again when it was being packed, and then sent tracking right when it shipped.
I know some people act like that stuff doesn’t matter, but I’d rather have too many clear updates than sit around wondering what’s going on. The package arrived fine, nothing was complicated, and I’d order from them again...

"Nice embroidery, just a tiny hiccup"
I ordered a hoodie with our team logo on it, the embroidery turned out really nice. The stitching looks clean and tight, and the colors were close to what I sent over, actually, I was a little worried about that part, but it came out better than expected.

I’m only knocking it down to 4 stars because there was one tiny loose thread, which wasn’t really a big deal, just something I noticed. Overall though, I’m happy with it and, yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

My order arrived in a really beat-up box with barely any packing inside. The corners were smashed, and it looked like it had been tossed around the whole trip. I’m not happy about it at all, they really need to pack things better.

"Nice quality, but the sizing was off"
Overall, I’m happy with it, but yeah, the sizing was a little off. The material feels solid and the print still looks good after washing, so no complaints there. I just wish the fit had been more accurate, because the sizing being a bit off was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but still, the sizing could be better.
